Yoga with C H I A is for anyone who is looking to work through sensations on their mat. As we connect our hearts and surrender through movement and meditation, you’ll learn to connect to your inner compass to navigate challenge with a sense of gratitude and ease.
Group classes with Chia are for all levels and ages.
Beginners, advanced, male, female, people of all ages and practitioners of any style.
Everyone is welcome in class.
During shared practices, we will move through varied sequences and different options for 1.5 hours of vinyasa flow tailored specifically for your level. We will try alternative poses and variations that lead you into self-awareness.
We will make adjustments, whenever necessary, as a guide for a healthy practice.
According to the body of each person, we will individually tap into our body alignments and ignite
our ability through the present inability.
Each class will open up with an initial ritual full of intentions.
We do this to create a tranquil atmosphere and comfortable environment in which we will maintain throughout the practice.
I will provide tips and awareness on healthy living, meditations, breathing techniques, and lifestyle remedies.
When attending a lesson, I simply ask for the following:
- Let go of any existing expectations
- Forget about perfection
- Move without judging yourself nor others
- Extend your heart to harbor love
- Allow yourself
- Breathe and keep breathing
